In addition we are not liable for the performance of the products, even though www.jazzsnap.com may have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY/OUT OF STOCK
These products or services may have limited quantities. There are times merchandise will be out of stock due to the high demand for that particular selection and due to items that are handcrafted in limited quantities. We will do our best to offer similar items if supplies to create a duplicate are not available. You will be notified if a delay is expected to produce or obtain these items.
Payment
We accept a majority of all major credit cards. Credit cards will be charged as soon as the order is placed. In an effort to prevent fraud, the credit card mailing address and shipping address MUST be the same. Once your payment is received, we are unable to cancel your order. Only exchanges can be made that meet our return policy.
Order Processing
All orders received by 5pm on any business day, will be processed and shipped within the next 2 business days. Orders received after 5pm on a business day will be processed the next 3 business days. Orders received over the weekend will be processed with the next 2 business days unless the business day falls on a Holiday. If the day the order is placed falls on a holiday, the order will be shipped within the next 2 business days. Your credit card will be charged as soon as the order is placed.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made on www.jazzsnap.com. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. Once order has left our location, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship our packages via USPS Priority Mail. Priority shipping is within the United States. Most products are shipped within 2-5 business days of receiving payment, although there may be unforeseen instances where your items may be shipped within 7-10 business days after receiving payment. You will be notified when your order has shipped and a tracking number will be provided. We ship all packages as SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION ONLY, due to problems with missing shipments and fraudulent attempts. PLEASE NOTE: Someone must be there to sign for the package. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR SHIPMENTS THAT ARE REFUSED.

Next Day Air: Approximately 1-2 business days
International Shipments
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We hope to offer this service in the future.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES /STORE CREDIT
ALL SALE ARE FINAL, however, Jazz Snap™ Designs wants to be certain you are completely satisfied with your purchase. All requests for returns will be handled at our discretion and we will do our best to exchange, repair or replace the item. Due to the nature of handcrafted, it is rare that 2 items will ever be exactly alike and slight imperfections may appear in clay workmanship. If you are not satisfied with the product(s) you receive, we ask that you email a photo along with a clear explanation of the concern within 3 days of receiving the item (7 days of shipment from us). Most items may be exchanged at any retail outlet selling our product(s) for the same type item and price.
Return Shipping Cost/Process
You are responsible for the return shipping including associated cost unless we agree in advance of shipping that the return is due to our workmanship. Jazz Snap™ Designs will not be responsible for merchandise damaged after receipt nor will price adjustments be made. Once your product is received and inspected at the sole discretions of www.jazzsnap.com, and then determined to meet the above return/exchange criteria, we will process your exchange within 5-7 business days. We are not responsible for any returned package lost during the shipment. We suggest you use delivery confirmation or consider postal insurance for your investment.
