Shipments via USPS either by First Class mail or Priority mail, depending upon the size of shipment will be shipped within 2-3 days. I will accommodate special shipping requirements you have in the USA (additional shipping costs will be charged to the customer).
I appreciate you selecting my products for yourself or to give as a gift and hope you return again and again. If you are dissatisfied with a product received, please contact me immediately to determine appropriate action. Due to the nature of handcrafted items, slight imperfections may occur. However, if an item received does not hold up to your expectations, I will first do my best to replace the product. If the product cannot be replaced and the item is damaged due to construction issues on my behalf, a full refund will be made. If the product simply does not meet the customer's satisfaction, a return can be made within 10 days of receipt, shipping to be paid by customer. A refund will be made of the full amount paid less the cost of shipping.
Though the option of gift wrapping is a FREE service, we do recommed you inspect the items before giving and wrap them yourself.
